Biography
He has held the position of Magistrate-Judge in Courts of First Instance and Instruction, performing his duties within the Civil-Commercial and Criminal Jurisdictions, Judge in charge of the Civil Registry (family, nationality, and other matters); he was also appointed Prosecutor through a merit-based competition.
He has served as a lecturer and University Professor, as well as teaching Master’s and Postgraduate Law courses at institutions including EUSA University, the University of Cádiz, IAAP, CEA, and through training programs of the Junta de Andalucía.
Ángel José Del Pino Ibáñez is a multidisciplinary and flexible lawyer, capable of facing challenges where he feels comfortable and confident, as the solutions he provides are the result of continuous study aimed at client satisfaction. He performs his defense duties in Litigation before Courts, in Civil-Commercial and Criminal-Corporate matters, and also advises on complex national and international contractual operations. Currently, he serves as Director of the Cryptocurrency Area at IN DIEM.

Ángel José Del Pino Ibáñez is a member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Seville, with membership number 8,631.
Researcher in cryptography and electronic operations. Author of publications related to “Latest Generation Evidence,” as well as “Electronic and Digital Signature. Certification Entities,” among others.
Currently, he collaborates voluntarily with Pablo de Olavide and Hispalense Universities, assisting various academic departments; he also participates in the management of Foundations and Associations in the legal, economic, and social fields.
